Shipping and Delivery

In our bid to give you the Greatest Deal all the time most of our products are generally delivered to your doorstep free of charge, unless otherwise stipulated. Should you buy two unique products for example one that is delivered free of charge and the other that carries a delivery charge you will only be charged for the product carrying the delivery charge. Kindly note we only deliver in South Africa!

Delivery Time Lines

Orders will be processed within 3 days from receipt of payment. Delivery should take 3-5 working days in JHB and PTA and approximately 5-7 working days for the rest of SA. Greatest Deals delivery policy is a maximum 14 working days in the event of unforeseen circumstances, this will also vary over peak periods such as Christmas etc. A Tracking Number is issued the day after the couriers collect your order for delivery and you can track it on the couriers system a day after collection.

FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?

Johannesburg customers should receive their order within 3 – 5 working  days, but if you are outside of Johannesburg, depending on your area, you should receive your order within 5 – 7 working days.

What do I do if the order arrives damaged or broken?

If your ordered product is damaged or arrives broken, we will send our courier to collect and bring you a replacement.

What if I change my mind or the product doesn’t meet my needs?

If you would like to return your purchase you have 7 days in which to do so, at your cost. We may arrange pickup on your behalf through our courier service for a charge of R99 vat inclusive subject that the collection is in the following main centers Johannesburg, Cape Town,  Pretoria and Durban, (these areas are deemed main centers) anything outside of these zones will be quoted for accordingly. Alternatively you may use a courier of your choice provided that they have an online tracking system. We will only refund or credit you upon receipt of the product in the original condition you received it in.

What if I received the wrong item?

Please notify us immediately and we will send our couriers to collect the wrong item and deliver the correct one to you at no cost to you. This can happen and we do apologize in advance.
